Booking and Payment
To reserve a skip, clients must provide accurate information regarding the size, pick-up location, and duration of hire. A deposit may be required at the time of booking. Payment is accepted via major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved methods. Full payment is due upon delivery of the skip.
Use of Services
Clients must ensure that the site is accessible for skip delivery and collection. The skip must be placed on stable ground, away from public walkways, and in compliance with local regulations. Unauthorized use or alteration of the skip is prohibited.
Liability
Seven Kings Skip Hire is not liable for any injuries or damages arising from the use or misuse of our skips. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the skip is used safely and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Cancellations and Refunds
Clients may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery without incurring any fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for cancellations are processed within 7 business days.

Clients must adhere to the following guidelines regarding the disposal of waste:
- Permitted Items: General household waste, garden waste, construction debris.
- Prohibited Items: Hazardous materials, electronics with batteries, tires, asbestos-containing materials.
Health and Safety

This includes ensuring that hazardous substances are not disposed of and that the skip is not overloaded beyond its capacity. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in immediate collection and additional charges.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Seven Kings Skip Hire operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
